1-Fire alarm system

The tasks of monitoring a facility or application for potential fire threats or operating a releasing system are facilitated by a fire detection and alarm system. Fire detection devices, typically smoke, heat or optical fire detectors, electronically relay fire events to a fire control panel which processes the fire detection SIGNALS from protected areas and immediately performs key operations, including sounding alarms, shutting down equipment, and releasing fire suppression systems. The control panel also facilitates input signals from manual stations, as well as audible and visual notification devices. These systems are supervised to ensure circuit integrity. In addition, the control panels are supplied with battery backup in the event of power loss.

2-Firefighting system

2-1 Water-based System
Water based suppression systems utilize the inexpensive and readily available medium of water to discharge onto flames through a normally fixed piping system.

2-2 Gas-based Extinguishing System
FM-200 is a clean, colorless, and environmentally friendly fire suppression agent that is electrically non-conductive and safe for humans. It extinguishes flames primarily through heat absorption, leaving no residue, thus minimizing downtime after a fire and making FM-200 suppression systems accepted and respected worldwide with over one hundred thousand installations in more than seventy countries.

    2-3 Foam-based Extinguishing System

Fire suppression foam is comprised of three parts: foam concentrate, water, and air. When mixed correctly, these parts form a homogeneous foam blanket that extinguishes flames by the combined mechanisms of cooling, separating the flame source from the product surface, suppressing vapors, and smothering. This makes foam suppression systems an effective option for protecting flammable and combustible liquid

    2-4 Powder-based Extinguishing System

Powder-based systems are stationary fire extinguishing systems. Extinguishing powders are efficient and fast-acting extinguishants. The three-dimensional extinguishing effect of the powder cloud is caused by the suffocation effect and the so-called anti-catalytic effect, a chemical intervention into the combustion process. Extinguishing powders mainly consist of non-toxic inorganic salts mixed with waterproofing and pouring agents. They are used in industrial environments for fires with solid, liquid or gaseous substances and for metal fires.

2-5 Kitchen Wet Chemical Fire Suppression System

Wet Chemical Systems - Restaurant Protection Wet Chemical Restaurant Fire Fighting systems are based on many years' experience in the design, supply, and installation and commissioning of firefighting systems. The systems are ideally suited to meet the demands associated with today's busy catering facilities an important characteristic of grease fires is auto-ignition. Cooking grease at room temperature is not a problem. Its vapors, for example, are not easily ignited. However, when heated to auto ignition temperature extinguishing the fire alone and removing the heat source may not prevent re-ignition. Resignation can occur until the liquid is cooled below its auto-ignition temperature. It is the principal requirement of fire extinguishing and the prevention of resignation that makes the Wet Chemical system the ideal solution.

2-6 Fire extinguishers
FLAMEXsells a complete range of portable fire extinguishers, such as powder, water, foam and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. Our stock cover the fire classes A, B, C, D and F for all application areas and industries. In the event of a fire, people can respond quickly and contain the fire.

3-Emergency Exit and Safety Graphics
In the event of a fire, emergency exits and safety signage offer orientation to the exits not only for the people inside. Also the fire department and technical service providers rely on precise and up-to-date process and organizational plans to be able to assess the situation and respond quickly in the event of an emergency. Specially trained technical staff will collect the data on site and then produce accurate graphics.
